Julie Coonce leads TransUnion’s Special Programs, which focuses on federal government organizations/agencies responsible for national security, including the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, as well as the companies that support them. Special Programs’ major initiatives include support to security clearance reform efforts, continuous evaluation of cleared personnel, and insider risk management programs, among other classified programs.

Julie’s background is in complex systems, data integration, and analytics. She has a M.S. in Systems Architecture and Engineering from the University of Southern California and a M.S. in Software Engineering from the University of Houston – Clear Lake.
