Chief Technology Officer Mahe Rangareddy is a visionary executive who champions innovation and improvement throughout the organization. Mahe’s communication, leadership, and organizational skills have allowed him to excel at managing high-performing IT professionals, offering motivation and insight that comes from years of high-level experience. At Alpha Omega, Mahe leads the Technical Solutions Group (TSG) and has provided M&A support since 2014. His management history spans numerous agencies and includes the execution and delivery of a wide range of complex consulting engagements. His support and management of mission-critical applications have significantly improved the operational efficiency of Alpha Omega’s customer business processes. His areas of expertise include Mergers & Acquisitions, leading software development employing CMMI Level 5 process, legacy transformation, business process reengineering, strategic business planning, software configuration management, evaluating and hiring new staff, and performing complex support activities, especially in IT infrastructure. He guides his teams in developing solutions that are innovative, disruptive, and high value for customers while low cost for ownership. Mahe serves on the John Hopkins Carey Business School Dean’s Alumni Advisory Board.
