Mark has 25 years of experience in technical analysis. business development, and research, primarily focused on decision support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs of record for firms. As an independent consultant, Mark's decision management framework entitled "Cost-Effective, Technology-Enabled Decision Superiority and Strategic Thinking," was adopted by the Naval Aviation Systems Command (NAVAIR) Strategic Cell in 2015 for innovation planning. Prior to Seekr, he held customer-facing roles for Qlik, Babel Street, Booz Allen, and Informatica, where he led projects supporting NAVAIR, Navy PMW-205, Office of Naval Research (ONR), Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). Mark earned his B.S. in Politics from The Catholic University of America and a Master’s degree in Communication Research from Barry University.-
