Megan is a digital leader and Vice President within Booz Allen’s Joint Defense Agencies (JDA) account leading the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office’s “Advancing Analytics” (ADVANA) program. Megan has over 18 years of experience in project management, enterprise modernization, and enterprise technical development and integration across the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Having started her career as a developer, Megan thrives in bringing her technical background to a more enterprise strategic level, focusing on driving technical change management for her customers. Megan is a results‐driven transformative information technology leader responsible for digital age organizational change based on next generation technical solutions – critical to the juncture of people and technology.
She has 15 years of experience in leading agile engineering and development teams,10+ years as a
technical business leader, and experience with people and team development of 1200+ staff. As part of
her role in growing Digital talent, she drives our Technical Excellence Group for Technical Strategy and
Product Management for the firm, creating engagement, community, and learning paths. Megan joined
the firm 14 years ago after 9 years with General Dynamics, and comes with a B.S. degree from the
College of William and Mary in Computer Science and an MBA from Old Dominion University. She has a
Program Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (2011), is
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification (2021), and TS/SCI CIP clearance. In her free time, Megan
enjoys spending time with her family to include her husband, 22 year old stepdaughter, 9 year old son,
and 4 year old daughter.
