Mr. Pullen is an accomplished executive and information technology professional with over 25 years of technical and management experience. Serving as the Leader of the IDIQ Strategic Solution Center (ISSC) responsible for Federal IDIQ Marketing, Business Development, and daily business activities for contract vehicles, and schedules, that includes the GSA OASIS MAC (No Limit), NIH CIO-SP3 GWAC ($20B), IT-70, PSS Schedule, GSA Alliant GWAC ($50B) and GSA Alliant 2 GWAC ($50B) ten year span including options. In this role, Mr. Pullen manages all aspects of the IDIQ contracts as well as CGI’s IDIQ Contract vehicle portfolio. Mr. Pullen is a trusted advocate to the Federal Government Program offices that manage GWACs, Schedule programs serving as a leader and industry advisor to these organizations.
