Scott Myers is the Program Lead for DARPA’s Countering Foreign Influence Program (CFIP). DARPA’s CFIP identifies and mitigates foreign influence in research funded by grant or cooperative agreement. Before joining DARPA, Mr. Myers served 11 years in the U.S. Navy as an active duty Intelligence specialist. In 2016, he left the Navy an took a position as a counterintelligence analyst. In 2020, Mr. Myers was asked to establish and run the CFIP Program for DARPA. Mr. Myers also holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from American University in Washington D.C.
