Dr. Tori R. Dodla is a thought leader in knowledge management and information systems with a strong background in digital transformation. She has become a trusted source for best practices regarding the design of effective digital knowledge solutions. Dr. Dodla holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology and a Master's in Management Information Systems.

Her leadership experience includes serving as a U.S. Army Officer, IT Project Manager, and currently as the Chief of Digital Resource Management for the Veteran Benefits Administration (Compensation). Dr. Dodla is a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds various IT certifications.

As an educator and author, Dr. Dodla has published numerous works on knowledge management strategies. Her approach is driven by a passion for integrating people, processes, and technology to create comprehensive solutions. Her latest work is the book "Mastering Knowledge Management Using Microsoft Technologies," which was released June 2024.
