Deborah Drake Named Senior Vice President at Noblis

Noblis has promoted Vice President and Chief People Officer Deborah Drake to senior vice president. Drake is responsible for talent recruitment, total rewards system management, professional and organizational development and employee engagement.

According to Noblis President and CEO Mile Corrigan, a 4×24 member and a 2023 Wash100 winner, Drake’s expanded role focuses on advancing the company’s people-driven strategic initiatives and keeping Noblis a top workplace for employees.

Prior to becoming SVP, Drake played a key role in implementing a hybrid workforce plan at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and integrating employees from a recent acquisition, Noblis said. The newly promoted executive is an adviser and strategic leader with experience in the government contracting industry and over two decades of human resources experience.

Before joining Noblis, Drake served as the vice president for human resources and talent acquisition at ManTech, senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Sotera Defense Solutions, and vice president and human resources business services director at Leidos. According to her LinkedIn profile, she also was DynCorp’s human resources manager.

Drake holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mary Baldwin College and a master’s degree in human resource management from Marymount University. She earned a Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
