POC – Border Protection Technologies

The push in government to use next-generation technologies extends to agencies that monitor our borders to the north, south and all points in between.

Border security agencies are also looking at ways to share intelligence with other government partners and industry and apply emerging tools in biometrics and other marks for identification.

Mark Borkowski, chief acquisition executive for U.S. Customs and Border Protection's technology and innovation office, will discuss his agency's programs and other initiatives to manage CBP's technological portfolio.
