Manjit Singh, President of Agilious
Manjit Singh, a Potomac Officers Club member, is president of Agile services provider Agilious.
Singh oversees Agilious’ delivery of Agile assessments, training, coaching and technical leadership to clients. He is also responsible for offering custom software development based on Agile and Lean development practices and provides new product and market exploration and processes for digital enterprises.
He has been with Agilious since January 2013, according to his LinkedIn profile.
In addition to working at Agilious, Singh serves as the board chair of the Sikh American Legal Defense and Education Fund, an organization that protects the rights of Sikh Americans through legislative advocacy, education, legal assistance and religion. Singh has been with SALDEF since 1996.
The Agilious president also works as a certified scrum trainer at the Scrum Alliance. He has been holding this role since 2017.
Before joining Agilious, Singh was a member of the White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships from 2016 to 2017. He helped the federal government work with nonprofit organizations in serving Americans in need.
The other roles that Singh has held include architect and senior software engineer at the University of Maryland University College and software consultant at IBM.
The executive holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Albany-State University of New York and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai in India.
