SentinelOne, CISA Join Forces to Improve Government Cybersecurity

SentinelOne has partnered with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to strengthen government-wide cyberdefense.

The partnership, which supports the agency’s Persistent Access Capability initiative, will focus on improving the security of government information technology assets and critical infrastructure, SentinelOne said.

Under the agreement, SentinelOne will use its Singularity Platform to provide CISA with artificial intelligence-powered tools for threat detection, investigation and response.

The company said its platform offers unified data visibility that will empower CISA threat hunters and analysts to effectively combat cybertheats and build a more resilient infrastructure.

Ric Smith, SentinelOne’s chief product and technology officer, expressed the company’s commitment to advancing national cybersecurity efforts and emphasized the importance of innovations in keeping government systems secure.

The platform is expected to streamline operations, accelerate incident response, provide clear security data and allow stakeholders to investigate and analyze data at scale.

Moreover, SentinelOne also said the partnership aligns with President Joe Biden’s Executive Order on Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity by facilitating proactive detection of cyber incidents across federal agencies.
