Executive Profile: Charles Prow, Vectrus President, CEO
Charles Prow is the president and chief executive officer of Vectrus, a facilities support services company based in Colorado.
Since his appointment in December 2016, he has been in charge of the company’s growth and performance.
As a 30-year veteran in the professional services industry, he has demonstrated transformational leadership for government and commercial clients through the application of innovation, technology and operational improvements, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Prior to joining Vectrus, Prow worked as an independent consultant, senior adviser and a board member for not-for-profit organizations. For over a year, he promoted growth and risk management among his clients in the professional services industry, product companies serving federal and state governments, in addition to select commercial clients in the energy and health markets.
For 12 years, he also held positions in IBM, including general manager of the global government industry and the global business services industry. While at IBM, Prow repositioned and relaunched the company’s solutions portfolio in the following growth categories: analytics, mobile/social, cognitive, cyber and cloud. He also drove the company to share and revenue growth and expanded margins in most solution categories.
Prow was also a 12-year employee of PwC, serving in roles such as partner-in-charge of the U.S. public sector consulting services.
He graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in management and data processing.
