Executive Profile: Donna Diederich, LMI Chief Human Resources Officer
Donna Diederich joined LMI in January 2019 as the chief human resources officer, handling all aspects of LMI’s human resources and talent acquisition efforts and overseeing the company’s diversity and inclusion programs.
Diederich is an HR management veteran, with expertise in talent acquisition and development, leadership and engagement, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, project management, talent strategies and solutions and program development, according to her LinkedIn profile.
The executive joined LMI after a one-year tenure as CHR at Abt Associates, where she focused on building a global talent strategy.
Previously, she served as senior vice president of human resources at CACI International. In this capacity, she led a 34-member HR team in crafting human capital strategies and conducting culture/engagement survey and action planning. While at CACI, Diederich also implemented the Workday CORE software and designed six major talent-related business processes to increase engagement.
Diederich also spent nine years working for Northrop Grumman as HR director of the defense systems division, directing various aspects of the function, including workforce development, talent acquisition, leadership development and training.
Diederich holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business from Missouri State University.
