Leidos has appointed James Moos as its Civil Group segment’s president. He will report directly to Leidos CEO Roger Krone and will be responsible for all Civil Group activities, including new business growth, technology development and thought leadership. Moos most recently served as the group’s chief operating officer and deputy group president, where he led all matters of business operations, execution and strategy, Leidos said Monday. The U.S. Navy veteran joined Leidos in 1998 and held numerous technical and leadership positions from program management to operating group leadership.
