Madeline Wilczewski is the director of space and missile defense at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a company that specializes in developing advanced sensors, cyber services and software solutions.

She started her career at UTC Aerospace Systems, where she spent six years of her decade-long career. She joined the company as a quality engineer, a position she held from June 2012 to April 2014. Afterward, she was appointed program manager for business development and advanced programs. Wilczewski held the role from April 2014 to June 2018.
UTC Aerospace Systems merged with Rockwell Collins in 2018, resulting in the creation of Collins Aerospace.
The executive earned her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut and her master’s degree in project management from Boston University.
