Sev1Tech Names Matt Jordan as VP of Cloud Center of Excellence

Cloud veteran Matt Jordan has joined information technology company Sev1Tech as vice president of its cloud center of excellence.

Jordan will be responsible for growing the Sev1Cloud practice, building partnerships with cloud providers and increasing innovation for customers from government and commercial organizations, Sev1Tech said.

“Matt’s experience with our cloud partner ecosystems, unparalleled drive, and continual focus on building the right solutions for each mission customer will help drive Sev1Tech’s capability," said Sev1Tech CEO Bob Lohfeld, a Potomac Officers Club member.

Lohfeld said he is confident that Jordan will expand and deliver exceptional cloud offerings to government and commercial partners.

Jordan has decades of experience providing cloud-based solutions across the public sector, including federal, state and local government, nonprofits and industry.

He is credited with building relationships with major cloud providers to develop cloud solutions for customers as well as plans to meet business development objectives.

He most recently served as vice president of corporate strategy and development at JHC Technology. In the said role, he was responsible for managing strategic partnerships, business development, capture, marketing, brand and proposal efforts.

Jordan led and supported partnerships with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google and dozens of small and large businesses.
