NT Concepts Announces ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Quality Management System
NT Concepts, a technology integrator focused on national security, said it has achieved ISO 9001:2015 for its quality management system.
Developed by the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9001:2015 recognizes an organization's ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
“The NT Concepts culture is built on a commitment to deliver the highest quality solutions to our customers. The ISO certification validates the effectiveness of our people and processes and our dedication to the mission of national security," said Brandon Ginsburg, senior vice president and chief growth officer at NT Concepts. Ginsburg is a Potomac Officers Club member.
NT Concepts said the ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on a number of principles that include a strong customer focus, the process approach and continual improvement.
The certification was issued by the National Quality Assurance, U.S.A. certification body. The scope of certification includes the delivery of enterprise information technology, software engineering, big data, artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense.
“Our goals towards ISO were simple. Create a set of repeatable, secure processes and execution practices that ensures client delivery excellence and ultimately customer satisfaction. This achievement, plus our CMMI V2.0 Level 3 for Development appraisal, solidifies our organizational agility and maturity," said Keith Sheppard, SVP and chief information officer. Sheppard is also a POC member.
NT Concepts was appraised at Maturity Level 3 for Development in the Capability Maturity Model Integration V2.0 in March 2020. With the award, the CMMI Institute recognized that NT Concepts' organization-wide standards provide guidance across projects, programs and portfolios.
NT concepts is an IT and services company that offers differentiated solutions in business operations, advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, geospatial intelligence, digital platforms and services, and security.
